Shipping & Returns

Our jewelry is designed and created in our Nashville studio.  The lead time for shipping is typically 5-7 days.

DOMESTIC / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• We cannot guarantee shipping dates for orders.
• Every order is shipped via USPS and can take 2-5 business days to arrive domestically and 14 days internationally.
• We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your shipping address when placing an order.
• Standard shipping does not include insurance.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We accept returns for store credit within 7 days of your receipt. To request a return please email hello@cardenavenue.com

• Returns and exchanges can be shipped to our PO Box within 7 days of the receipt.  Carden Avenue  PO Box 58115, Nashville, TN 37205
• Store Credit issued for returns does not expire.
• If you receive a damaged or defected item please email hello@cardenavenue.com  with your order number and request.
• If you need to make changes to your original order (shipping address, sizing, etc.) please email hello@cardenavenue.com with your order number within 48 hours of placing your order.
